Through meditation, reflection, and sisterhood, we will gently release old wounds and embrace the healing power of our tears. These tears aren’t a sign of weakness; they are a release, a cleansing, and an offering to the deeper parts of ourselves. In the process, we’ll nurture the heart, mind, and spirit that have been waiting to be held with grace and compassion.
